Repair Submission Process

What to Include with Your Shipment:

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Contact information, including:

    • Full Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email Address

  • A return shipping address

Repair Evaluation & Warranty Coverage

Once your unit is received, our technicians will inspect and evaluate it.

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, the unit will be repaired immediately and returned at no cost to you.

  • If the issue is not covered by warranty, we will email you a repair quote detailing all charges. You may approve or decline the repair by replying to the email.

Repair Fees

  • A $100 diagnostic fee applies to all non-warranty repairs.

  • If you approve the repair, this fee will be credited toward your total repair cost.

  • If you decline the repair, the $100 fee will be billed to your account.

No “RMA” Required

An RMA number is not required to initiate a repair. Simply include the required information and ship your unit to us.

  • ALL Inspection equipment (Cameras, reels, electronic boxes, etc) that needs service should be sent to Mantra Tool, Inc. for inspection.

  • SUBSURFACE INSTRUMENTS, Inc. do not repair these equipment and the technical support is limited to new replacement parts.

Repair Evaluation & Warranty Coverage

The warranty for these systems is One year limited warranty and it’s covered directly by SubSurface Instruments. Mantra Tools, Inc. will evaluate the unit and determine its coverage.

We do not provide repair or servicing of inspection camera systems directly. All inspection camera repairs and servicing are managed exclusively by our authorized contractor, Mantra Tools, Inc. For any issues, repairs, or maintenance needs, please send your defective equipment directly to Mantra Tools, Inc..
