NOTE: "No Repair" will be billed $50.00 for shipping and handling, freight & insurance charges to return the old unit. S&H waived if old unit does not have to be returned.

We do not require an RMA#. Please include name, phone and FAX numbers, ship to address, and a brief description of the problem, if known. No repairs will be performed without approval, except warranty repairs.
